Project Details:
San Regis is a 390 unit complex where we completed a re-pipe from the point of entry to each building to each existing fixture. We designed a plumbing system that allowed us to not have to abate the 2nd and 3rd floor.
We replaced approximately 400 feet for two of the building sewer mains which included 17 laterals, concrete & asphalt removal & replacement, trenching, backfill with sand slurry, removal & replacement of concrete driveway
apron, curb, gutter & sidewalk. We replaced components to the hydronic heating and cooling system in 165 apartments.
