Project Details:
Esplanade Village is a 106 unit complex in which we completed a re-pipe from the point of entry to each building to each existing fixture. The new mains were installed along the ceiling in the subterranean parking garage.

Hot water heaters were installed in each unit and the complex was outfitted with individual telemetry read water meters.
